Responsibilities

Grow the business for our security robotics and RMF (Robotics Middleware Framework) solutions across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

Find, qualify, and close enterprise deals by showing clients how RMF enables smooth management of multiple robots and integration with existing building systems such as lifts, doors, and IoT devices.

Be the go-to person who can clearly explain what our robotics systems can do and why it matters to clients, from senior decision-makers to security integrators and strategic partners.

Run client meetings, product demonstrations, pilot projects, and commercial negotiations. Translate technical capabilities into simple business benefits and ROI that anyone can understand.

• Identify new markets, use cases, and partnership opportunities
• Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to shape solutions based on actual customer needs.
• Own your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

Experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally in robotics, automation, or security technology.

•Working knowledge of ROS2, RMF, or robotics middleware frameworks. You need to understand what the system can do and speak about it confidently. Coding is not required.

• •Able to apply that knowledge to solve real business problems and convince clients of the value.
• •Experience with security robots, autonomous robots, or physical security technology is preferred.
• •Hospitality industry knowledge is a good-to-have, not a requirement.
• •Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer requirements.
• •Proven track record in closing complex, high-value deals.
• •Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• •Commercially driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• •Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events.
