• Qualifications / Requirements
• Minimum
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business, or Marketing.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• , both written and spoken, supported by a certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or an equivalent English course certificate).

4–5 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales, or Distribution Management, preferably within the HORECA, Chinese Product, FMCG/food & beverage industry with exposure to both modern and traditional market channels.

• Strong understanding of modern trade engagement mechanisms (product listing, trading terms, promotional fees) and traditional market mechanisms (wholesale systems, distribution to markets/stores).
• A strong existing network with modern trade buyers and traditional market players is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work towards measurable targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with distribution/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits across various regions.
• Holds a valid Driver's License (SIM A/C) and owns a personal vehicle (if required for field operations).
• Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
