Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with corporate & enterprise clients
- Conduct meetings and propose suitable Outsource solutions
- Coordinate with Recruitment teams
Requirements
- Experience handling enterprise clients and closing deals
- Familiar with Outsourcing solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and able to manage sales pipeline
Preferred
- Background from Outsourcing industry
- Experience in partnership or channel sales
- Comfortable communicating in English
