Sirius First Pte Ltd is a licensed Singapore HR and workforce solutions company (EA Licence 22C1274). We help Singapore businesses hire, grow and manage their teams, including through our remote talent service, Sirius Remote.

We’re looking for a driven, English-speaking Business Development Intern to help us connect with Singapore SMEs and grow this service.

💻 This is a desk-based, remote role focused on email, LinkedIn and phone outreach. No field sales or door-to-door selling. Our Director handles all sales calls.

• 🎯 What you’ll do
• Research Singapore companies that are actively hiring, using job portals, LinkedIn and lead tools
• Write personalised outreach emails and LinkedIn messages (templates and AI tools provided)
• Qualify interested business owners and book 20-minute calls with our Director
• Confirm appointments and send reminders
• Keep our CRM updated and send a short daily activity report
• Support candidate sourcing and shortlisting as new clients come on board
• ✅ What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, or a final-year student (Business, HR, Management or Communications is a plus)
• Strong written English and clear spoken English
• Confident, polite and persistent; comfortable following up
• Organised and self-disciplined when working remotely
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
• Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Singapore time (8:00am – 5:00pm WIB)

• Experience in recruitment, HR, talent sourcing, sales, business development or customer service (internships count)
