- Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and expand the client pipeline in the Port & Terminal and Marine sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with port operators, shipping companies, terminal developers, and marine contractors.
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential across service lines.
- Work closely with internal teams and technical partners to support project delivery and client engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events and provide regular pipeline and activity updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marine, ports, offshore, maritime infrastructure, or related industries.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience in TIC, engineering consulting, or maritime services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to travel regularly to client and project locations.
