Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Develop and implement sales and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches for potential clients & BoD
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure successful project delivery
- Track, analyze, and report business development performance and pipeline progress
- Attend networking events, industry forums, and client meetings
- Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience using Mandarin in a professional setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into clients
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Active & multitasking
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
