Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead client meetings and deliver compelling pitch presentations in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Understand client business challenges and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop winning pitch strategies.
- Build long-term client relationships and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in a digital/creative agency.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in presenting and pitching to clients.
- Strong presentation skills with experience preparing and delivering professional pitch decks.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Familiar with AI tools to support research, proposal creation, presentation preparation, and productivity.
