- Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Officer PT. Treetan Nusantara Network
- Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, agencies, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage travel partners to expand Treetan's partner network.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate partnerships, and close business deals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend strategies to strengthen Treetan's market presence.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and achievements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to travel for business meetings when required.
- Experience in the Sharia, Umrah, Hajj, or travel industry is a plus.
