Role Focus
- Business Development (Hunter Sales)
- Focus on acquiring new clients and generating revenue
- Conduct active outreach, prospecting, and cold approach
- Lead pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
- Own sales targets and drive business growth through new accounts
- Partnership Specialist (Strategic & Relationship)
- Focus on building and managing strategic partnerships
- Identify, initiate, and develop collaboration opportunities
- Maintain and grow existing partnerships for long-term value
- Ensure smooth execution and alignment with internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership
For BD
Strong hunter mindset & proven track record in closing deals
For Partnership
- Strong relationship management & stakeholder handling skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
