Responsibilities
- Provide financial planning education and insurance protection solutions
- Analyze clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate products
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Expand professional networks and develop personal branding
- Participate in training, coaching, and certification programs
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Age between 25–35 years old
- Strong communication skills and goal-oriented mindset
- Self-disciplined, proactive, and eager to learn
- Sales/marketing experience is a plus
