Business Development (Project Expansion)

About the role

As a Business Development (Project Expansion) Staff, you will be responsible for the business expansion process, from location search, feasibility studies, negotiations, to branch opening processes. Your main duties include conducting business analysis, designing growth strategies, improving operational efficiency, and negotiating with potential partners. You will also play a role in ensuring expansion projects run according to plan and support the company's long-term growth.

• Key responsibilities
• Conduct business analysis and design growth strategies
• Perform location search and feasibility studies for business expansion
• Conduct negotiations with potential partners and location owners
• Increase operational efficiency and support branch opening processes
• Develop project timelines and monitor project progress
• Identify and address potential obstacles during project implementation
• Coordinate with various parties including location owners, contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams
• Manage building or renovation projects for stores/branches and ensure projects run according to target timeline, cost and quality
• Support long-term company growth through expansion initiatives
• About you
• Minimum S1 education from a relevant field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management (fresh graduates welcome if they have relevant internship experience)
• Strong business analysis, business development, business negotiation, business improvement and business growth strategy capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp or project management software is a plus
• Possess a valid driving license (Class A/C)
• Willing to undertake official travel to project locations in various regions in Bali
• Able to coordinate with various stakeholders
