Job Description
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities and growth strategies.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate business initiatives and pilot projects to improve branch performance.
- Monitor branch performance, identify challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Coordinate partnership implementation and support branch operations.
- Prepare and analyze business performance reports, including sales, royalties, and inventory, to provide actionable insights.
- Present recommendations during business review meetings and act as a liaison between HQ and branches.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about business strategy, market research, and business growth.
- Able to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Willing to travel for business needs.
- Willing to work **on-site at our Citra Raya, Cikupa location**.
