- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal department such as: E-Commerce Specialist, KOL, Content Creator, Live Streamer to ensure service alignment and client satisfaction.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a comfortable and functional working environment.
- Provide support for distributing free samples in collaboration with the MCN team.
