About Us
Kitar is a fast-growing tech company specialising in second-hand mobile phone recycling and selling. We are on a mission to promote sustainable consumption by extending product lifecycles and reducing carbon emissions.
- We are currently looking for passionate
- Business Management Trainee Intern (Surabaya, Bandung, Jakarta Placement)
to join us, who will play a key role in delivering great in-store experiences and supporting our efforts in mobile phone recycling. You will learn the ins and outs of store operations while helping customers and contributing to a more sustainable future.
Main Responsibilities
- Represent Kitar and help customers understand our brand and services.
- Assist in providing mobile phone recycling consultations and basic quality checks.
- Support door-to-door recycling services alongside senior team members.
- Help respond to customer service and after-sales inquiries.
- Contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement.
Work Environment
- Work in Kitar stores.
- For door-to-door services, you will need to visit the customer's preferred location (i.e residential address, office etc).
- Required to wear uniforms.
- Equipped with professional quality inspection tools.
Requirements
- Final year
- students who is currently pursuing a
- Bachelor’s degree
- or
- fresh graduates
- with a maximum of 1 year experience.
- A minimum GPA (or IPK) of
- 3.20
- Available for a full-time
- 6-month paid internship
- Proficient verbal and written
- English
- skills is a plus.
- Passionate about mobile phone gadgets and the industry.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
