Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, including Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Education, Mathematics, Science, or Engineering.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects, coordinate a team, and deliver results within agreed deadlines.
• Working knowledge of IB and Cambridge curricula, university admission processes, visa application procedures, and accommodation arrangements.
• Teaching or tutoring experience, with the confidence and capability to provide occasional class cover. Additional training will be provided.
• Strong sales, consultation, public speaking, and relationship-building skills, with confidence approaching prospective clients and taking ownership of sales targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English and professional communication with children, teenagers, parents, educators, clients, and business partners.
• High integrity, sound judgement, and personal accountability, with the ability to work reliably under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and act quickly while maintaining accuracy, clear communication, and service quality.
• Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and AI tools to improve research, reporting, marketing, and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to work scheduled weekends and travel between relevant business locations.
