- Deskripsi pekerjaan National Operations Manager Trans F&B
- Oversee and manage daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, profit, and operational KPIs
- Control operational costs (COGS, labor cost, and overhead) in line with budget targets
- Maintain product quality, hygiene standards, and brand consistency
Ensure strict implementation of food safety standards, sanitation procedures and hygiene compliance in accordance with company policy and government regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience
- Monitor outlet performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting analysis
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve high performance
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs, company standards, and government regulations
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR departments
