Tanggung Jawab

• Support day-to-day business operations across teams to make sure processes run efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key operational metrics (KPIs), and turn the data into actionable insights for management.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose process improvements, SOPs, or automation opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams, from planning to execution.
• Prepare regular business reports, dashboards, and presentations for weekly and monthly reviews.
• Manage operational tools and data, and maintain their accuracy and consistency across systems (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, internal tools).
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor or partner coordination when needed.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects and business initiatives assigned by the Operations Lead or management.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role. Startup or tech company experience is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and draw clear conclusions.

Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas). Experience with SQL or BI tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau) is a plus.

• Structured thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively with stakeholders across departments.
