Job Description
- Support the development of new products and menu innovations from concept through commercialization in collaboration with the R&D and Operations teams.
- Conduct product trials, recipe standardization, and documentation, including SOPs and product specifications.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution of product launches and operational initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure new products are implemented consistently across outlets.
- Monitor project timelines, follow up on action items, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product innovation and business growth.
- Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in R&D, Product Development, Food Innovation, Project Management, or Operations within the F&B industry.
- Hands-on experience in product development, recipe standardization, and SOP creation.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of food products, ingredients, and operational implementation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
