to join our team and support overall guest services across multiple villa properties. This role will focus on providing personalized guest service, ensuring villa readiness, and supporting guest comfort to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

About the Role
The Butler will support the overall guest experience across all villa properties by providing attentive, personalized service and ensuring villas are always in top condition and ready for guests. This role works closely with the operations team to deliver a seamless and memorable stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and villa orientation.
- Ensure all villas are prepared and ready before guest arrival, including setup and special requests.
- Provide personalized service throughout the guest's stay, anticipating needs before they are asked.
- Prepare and serve food & beverages for guests when required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards within guest areas are consistently met.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Butler, Waiter/Waitress, or similar guest service role in hotels, villas, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of guest service and hospitality standards.
- Detail-oriented and guest-focused.
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and able to perform service-related duties.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
- Must be domiciled in Bali.
