About the role

- What you'll be doing
- Supervising and training cashiers to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation at the end of each shift
- Monitoring and addressing any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying opportunities to streamline cash desk operations and implement process improvements
- Generating reports and data analysis to track key performance metrics
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Collaborating with the broader retail team to support the overall store objectives

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar cashier supervisory role, preferably within the retail industry
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate cash handling
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash management software
- Good communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer enquiries and issues
- Familiarity with retail inventory management and stock replenishment processes
