Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate campaign results for customer and bank staff campaigns on a regular basis
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and banking partners regarding campaign execution and reporting
- Monitor and recap campaign / contest costs
- Review customer reward eligibility based on company policies and handle related administrative processes
- Prepare draft memorandums for exception / dispensation requests and follow up approval approvals
- Manage communication with sales teams regarding customer reward programs
- Analyze campaign costs and propose reward program schemes based on findings
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for program eligibility review and approval
- Prepare initiative reports together with banking partners
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in reporting / campaign administration / related role
- Experience in insurance or banking industry will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Finance background is a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in preparing detailed reports and data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and structured in handling administrative processes
