Coco Development Group is a fast-growing property development and hospitality company in Bali. We are looking for a hands-on Chief Accountant to oversee accounting operations across multiple business units.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate audits and work with external consultants.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
- Travel between company locations across Bali when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in property, construction, hospitality, or multi-unit businesses is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Accurate, Xero, SAP, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Highly mobile and comfortable working across multiple locations in Bali.
