- Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
- Professional certification or engineering license is advantageous; certification in
- safety, fire systems, or building management

- Willing to be place in Mangga Besar, Tamansari, Jakarta Barat
- Experience
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance
- , preferably in the
- hospitality or hotel industry
- At least
- 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial position
- Experience in managing
- hotel facilities, maintenance programs, and engineering teams
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of
- building systems including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and mechanical equipment
- Experience in
- preventive maintenance programs and facility management
- Familiar with
- energy management systems and cost control
- Knowledge of
- local safety regulations and building codes
- Leadership & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise engineering and maintenance operations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments and external contractors.
