CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

• We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented
• Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

to lead and oversee our Finance & Accounting strategy and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring financial reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, effective financial processes, and timely tax reporting to support the company's business objectives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial governance, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, including OJK reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor Finance & Accounting operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and management targets.
• Develop, implement, and oversee Finance & Accounting processes in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of the company's financial statements and reports.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
• Ensure timely and accurate tax payments, tax reporting, and proper tax documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance & Treasury, Internal Audit, Human Capital, Operations, Marketing, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a senior managerial or leadership role within the banking or financing industry.
• Experience working at a Big Four accounting firm will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in OJK reporting and the financial services or Mult finance industry would be an advantage.
