Deskripsi
Tanggung Jawab
We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Chief of Staff who will work directly with the CEO to ensure the company’s most important priorities are actually executed.
This is not a strategy-only or presentation-heavy role. Your main responsibility is to create execution discipline across teams. You will monitor company KPIs, challenge owners when progress is off-track, identify blockers, and help formulate practical solutions.
You will act as the bridge between CEO priorities and day-to-day execution. The goal is simple: important initiatives should not stall, KPI owners should remain accountable, and the CEO should have a clear view of what is working, what is failing, and what decisions need attention.
- Key Responsibilities
- Own the weekly KPI and execution cadence across the company.
- Ensure every major KPI has a clear owner, target, deadline, and next action.
- Follow up directly with KPI owners and push for progress when targets are off-track.
- Identify root causes behind missed KPIs and help teams develop practical solutions.
- Track cross-functional initiatives and unblock dependencies between teams.
- Prepare a concise weekly CEO report covering performance, blockers, risks, and decisions required.
- Turn CEO priorities into clear execution plans and ensure teams follow through.
- Challenge weak assumptions, unclear ownership, and repeated excuses.
- Build better operating systems, reporting processes, and eventually AI-assisted KPI monitoring to reduce manual follow-up.
- What Success Looks Like
Within 3-6 months, the CEO should no longer need to personally chase every KPI owner. Every major company priority should have clear ownership, measurable progress, and fast escalation when something is blocked. The CEO should receive a short, decision-focused weekly view of the company and spend more time on product, strategy, major partnerships, and new growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- 3-7 years of experience in a fast-paced startup, consulting, operations, business, product, or similar role.
- Extremely strong follow-through. You do not stop at identifying a problem. You make sure someone solves it.
- Strong analytical ability and comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and business performance data.
- Able to identify the real problem behind missed targets and propose practical solutions.
- Comfortable challenging senior team members and holding people accountable.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to summarize complex situations clearly and concisely.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple company-level priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working directly with the CEO and operating with limited supervision.
- High ownership mentality. You proactively find gaps instead of waiting for instructions.
- Strong judgment on what requires CEO attention and what should be solved independently.
- Strong Plus
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, recruitment, fintech, or B2B technology.
- Experience managing company-wide OKRs or KPIs.
- Experience working closely with founders or C-level executives.
- Experience using AI and automation to improve internal operating processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving product, sales, customer success, and operations.
