Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our
- Bidding/Tender Team
- . The candidate will be responsible for supporting the tender process from
- pre-tender preparation through tender submission and evaluation
- , ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are properly prepared and coordinated.
Responsibilities
- Handle the
- end-to-end pre-tender and tender process
- for civil engineering projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and review
- technical proposals, method statements, calculations, and tender documents
- Analyze project scope, specifications, quantities, and construction requirements.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Quantity Surveyor, Procurement, and Project teams during the tender process.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers when required.
- Support tender clarification, negotiation, and technical discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Civil Engineering
- or a related field.
- Minimum
- 4 years of relevant experience
- , preferably in
- bidding, tendering, construction, EPC, infrastructure, or contractor companies
- Fluent in English
- , both written and spoken.
- Mandarin language proficiency is preferred / will be an advantage.
