Deskripsi pekerjaan SITE FOREMAN (MANDOR) PT. PRIME HARMONY TRUST
Qualifications
- Male.
- 25–45 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1); preferably in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or related fields. Master’s Degree (S2) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Experienced in leading construction teams and conducting site measurements.
- Able to use waterpass and measuring tape for basic site measurements.
- Able to read and understand basic construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and assertiveness in managing workers.
- Able to firmly supervise worker performance, attendance, work discipline, and the proper use of tools/equipment.
- Resilient, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to stay/live at the project site.
- Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java, and work on a full-time basis.
