Job Descriptions
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects including building construction, renovations, and facility improvements.
- Conduct site inspections to assess structural conditions and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Production, Engineering, EHS, Utility, and Maintenance teams during project execution.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other plant infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in civil engineering, construction, facility management, or infrastructure projects. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of construction methods, project management, and contractor supervision.
- Familiar with occupational health and safety (OHS/K3) standards in construction projects.
- Willing to work at a manufacturing plant and conduct field/site inspections.
