About the Role

Rukita is a technology-enabled property management and coliving company managing a growing portfolio of residential properties across Jabodetabek. We are looking for a Civil Engineer Staff to lead daily civil repair and maintenance operations and supervise our in-house technician team.

You will manage a team of around 13 technicians covering approximately 200 coliving units, reporting to the Civil Repair & Maintenance Manager.

What You’ll Do

Manage Daily Work Orders

Organize, assign, and monitor daily work orders, ensuring tasks are distributed effectively across the technician team.

Supervise Field Technicians

Lead in-house technicians on site, set daily priorities, and make sure work is completed on time and to standard.

Plan Maintenance Works

Schedule civil maintenance activities, prepare property condition reports, and draft RAB (scope, quantities, and timelines) for major works.

Quality Control

Inspect completed repairs across properties and evaluate the performance of technicians and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

Material & Equipment Readiness

Make sure materials and tools are available in line with work order needs.

Solve Recurring Issues

Identify defects that keep coming back, such as leaks, cracks, waterproofing failures, and ceiling or wall damage, and propose lasting solutions.

Coordinate Across Teams

• Work with Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to resolve repair issues and maintain property standards.
• What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, facilities management, or property operations.
• Experience supervising field technicians or site workers.
• Able to prepare draft RAB, quantities, and work schedules.
• Strong understanding of building materials, civil works, and common building defects.
• Comfortable working on-site and moving between multiple properties across Jabodetabek.
• Organized, with clear communication skills to lead a team and coordinate with other departments.
• It’s a Plus If You Have
• Experience in coliving, hospitality, apartments, or property management.
• Experience managing work orders or maintenance tracking systems.
• Experience evaluating vendor or contractor performance.
