We are looking for someone based in Indonesia to help recruit active players and promising groups into our international Clash Royale clan family.

This is a paid, part-time role, starting with a one-month paid trial, with the possibility of a longer-term position if it works well for both sides.

Please note: this job post is intentionally written in English. Our clan community is international and almost all communication with players, clan leaders and recruitment communities will be in English. Therefore, good written English is an important requirement for this role.

ABOUT 4KINGSOFCLASH

4KingsOfClash is an established international Clash Royale community currently consisting of two clans. We are restructuring the community under new leadership and rebuilding both clans. This is a gaming community/project rather than a conventional Indonesian company.

Our intention is to build

• One strong and reliable War Clan, where regular Clan War participation will be expected.
• One Active/Competitive Clan, where players can be active and competitive without mandatory war participation.
• One international community connecting both clans.
• Leadership is still deciding the final allocation of the two existing clans.

YOUR MAIN OBJECTIVE

Continuously find and bring suitable active players into the 4KingsOfClash family, with a particular focus on building a strong and reliable War Clan.

This role requires active scouting, research and personal outreach. Simply copying and pasting recruitment advertisements is not enough. We need someone who finds opportunities and follows them through, rather than waiting for players to discover us.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Use RoyaleAPI to research suitable players and smaller or declining clans. Look beyond nominal membership numbers: a clan may have only around 5–15 genuinely active players remaining.
• Assess whether those active groups would fit our community, contact their leaders and explore possible group mergers.
• Monitor relevant Clash Royale recruitment communities on Reddit and Discord. Look for players and groups saying things such as “looking for clan”, “our clan is dying”, “several of us are looking” or “looking to merge”.
• Personally approach suitable players and groups with relevant messages, while respecting each platform’s and community’s rules.
• Create, publish and maintain recruitment advertisements where appropriate, and respond to interested players.
• Explain our planned two-clan structure and help determine which side of the community would suit each recruit.
• Follow up with promising prospects instead of relying on one initial message.
• Keep organised records of prospects, conversations, recruitment sources, follow-ups and results.
• Check in with players after they join and flag obvious problems or poor fits to leadership.
• Report particularly promising players, groups and merger opportunities to leadership.
• Suggest improvements based on which recruitment approaches actually work.

WHAT SUCCESSFUL RECRUITMENT MEANS TO US

The long-term goal is a consistent recruitment pipeline that allows leadership to gradually replace inactive accounts with reliable active players. Quality, activity and retention matter more than raw membership numbers.

We are particularly interested in

• Reliable weekly war players.
• Strong, active Clash Royale players.
• Small groups of friends who want to stay together.
• Active cores of declining clans.
• Smaller clans that could benefit from merging their remaining active community into ours.

A successful merger bringing several good active players together may be more valuable than recruiting the same number of unrelated random accounts.

WEEKLY REPORTING

Provide a simple weekly report covering

• Number of players contacted.
• Number of groups/clans contacted.
• Number who responded.
• Serious or qualified prospects.
• Players who actually joined.
• Group-merger opportunities identified.
• Recruitment source for each successful recruit.
• Follow-ups still outstanding.
• Problems or useful feedback received from potential recruits.
• Over time, we will also track whether recruits remain active and stay with the community, rather than measuring only initial joins.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You must be based in Indonesia and have good written English. Ideally, you already play Clash Royale, understand the game well and enjoy gaming and online communities.

You should also

• Understand Discord and be familiar with Reddit, or be able to learn quickly how its communities work.
• Be comfortable approaching people you do not know.
• Research independently and use good judgement when assessing players and groups.
• Be organised, reliable and able to work without constant supervision.
• Show initiative and communicate clearly with players and leadership.

Previous professional recruitment or community-management experience is useful but not required. We would rather hire a good Clash Royale player with strong English, initiative and communication skills than someone with conventional recruitment qualifications who does not understand the game.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Fully remote, part-time work for someone based in Indonesia.
• Flexible schedule.
• Initial one-month paid trial.
• Potential for a longer-term role if the arrangement works well for both sides.
• Results matter more than fixed working hours. Tell us how much time you think the role realistically requires and how many hours per week you can commit.
• Monthly payment will be agreed with the successful applicant. Include your expected monthly payment in your application.

YOUR AUTHORITY

You may scout, contact people, explain the project and discuss opportunities.

You cannot independently promise Co-Leader or Elder positions, change clan rules, kick existing members, commit either clan to a merger, promise financial rewards or make important commitments on behalf of leadership. Anything significant must be referred to leadership first.
