Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS management and data analysis & reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with benefits administration and understanding of compliance regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with salary benchmarking and compensation analysis methodologies.
• Experience or strong understanding of total rewards strategy development is a plus.
