Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance

Maintain, update, and improve the company’s QMS manual, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Compliance & Audits

Plan, execute, and lead internal quality audits and coordinate external regulatory or third-party audits.

CAPA Management

Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Data & Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze quality trends, and present reports to executive management.

Team Training

Train employees on QMS processes, compliance standards, and document control procedures.

Vendor Quality

• Evaluate and audit third-party suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet company quality benchmarks.
• Job Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Experience

3+ years of direct experience managing or auditing a Quality Management System.

Standards Expertise

In-depth knowledge of

ISO 9001

ISO 27001

standards

Certifications

ISO Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with QMS software (e.g., MasterControl, TrackWise) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking, excellent cross-functional communication, strong end of closure skill, and sharp attention to detail.
