Deskripsi pekerjaan Compliance Training Staff PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo
Job Responsibilities
- Support employee training related to labor regulations, occupational health and safety, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate training schedules, materials, attendance, and documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans (CAPs) from internal audits, external audits, and customer assessments.
- Maintain training records and prepare compliance reports.
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with ISO 45001 requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Law, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Management, Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
- Understanding of labor regulations, health and safety, environmental regulations, and customer audit requirements.
- Experience in training coordination and corrective action follow-up is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
