Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for consignment activities to meet annual targets and drive growth.
- Plan and manage budgets and merchandising strategies for consignment operations.
- Monitor and control supplier performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Define and manage a calendar of strategic partnerships, events, and campaigns.
- Implement effective merchandising, category, and brand strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and acquiring potential new brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Min 7 years of relevant experience in managing consignment business.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion lifestyle industry and sharp business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership abilities.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in computer applications.
- Willingness to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
