• This role goes beyond delivering soft skills training—you will design and implement learning initiatives that strengthen
• selling capability, product knowledge, customer experience, retail operations, and leadership development
• , ensuring our store teams consistently deliver business results.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aligned with business priorities.
• Design and implement retail learning strategies, curriculum, and career development programs for Head Office & Store Operation.

Create engaging commercial training programs covering sales excellence, customer experience, retail operations, product knowledge, and leadership.

Manage the annual training calendar, budget, and learning initiatives.

Evaluate training effectiveness through observations, assessments, and business performance metrics, continuously improving learning programs.

• Lead the development of Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives and digital learning solutions.
• Coach and develop the Retail Academy team while partnering closely with Operations, Merchandising, HR, and Business Leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum
• 5 years of experience
• in Retail Training, Retail Academy, Retail Education, Commercial Training, or Learning & Development.
• Proven experience developing
• customized commercial learning programs
• for retail businesses.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales excellence, customer experience, and product knowledge training.
• Hands-on experience developing or managing
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
