. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining our brand presence across digital platforms whilst creating visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience. As Content Creator & Design, you will be responsible for conceptualising, producing, and executing creative campaigns that showcase our aesthetic services and engage our community. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend creative storytelling with sophisticated design expertise in a thriving aesthetic medicine environment.

• Key responsibilities
• Develop and execute creative content strategies across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels
• Create visually stunning graphic designs including social media posts, promotional materials, banners, and digital advertisements
• Conceptualise and produce high-quality photography and videography content for campaigns and promotional purposes
• Design and maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all marketing materials and digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to ensure content aligns with clinic messaging and aesthetic standards
• Manage content calendars and scheduling to maintain consistent posting frequency and engagement
• Edit photographs and videos using industry-standard software to achieve polished, professional results
• Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics and audience engagement data
• Create compelling written copy to accompany visual content and enhance storytelling
• Develop infographics, animations, and interactive content to educate audiences about aesthetic treatments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and social media best practices within the beauty and aesthetic industry
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, content creator, or similar role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry
• Advanced proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, visual storytelling ability, and understanding of brand cohesion
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their unique content requirements and audience dynamics
• Proficiency in video editing and basic animation techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of photography fundamentals and experience with photography equipment is highly desirable
• Understanding of aesthetic medicine, beauty treatments, and dermatological procedures is beneficial
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency
• Creative problem-solving ability and willingness to experiment with emerging content formats and technologies
