Job Description
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that strengthens our brand presence across social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content and copy across social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, including content series, interactive campaigns, contests, and brand collaborations.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends, and transform them into relevant and engaging content.
- Execute content plans into well-organized production schedules while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all visual and written content aligns with the brand identity.
- Ensure content is delivered consistently and meets agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Based in Surabaya.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Broadcasting, Design, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or in a similar role.
- Experience in the beauty industry or as a beauty content creator will be an advantage.
- Up to date with beauty trends and social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Creative with strong storytelling skills and able to generate engaging, out-of-the-box content ideas.
- Possess a strong portfolio showcasing content created across different social media platforms.
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and creating short-form video content.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Self-disciplined with strong time management and attention to detail.
