Job Description
Plan, research, and develop creative content concepts, storyboards, and scripts for daily social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Act as the primary on-camera talent/model for the brand's visual content, including video trends, product try-ons, and styling guides.
- Create and execute engaging brand storytelling that resonates with the target market to enhance brand awareness and image.
- Manage advertising and promotional activities across online and offline channels in accordance with brand requirements.
Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, communities, event organizers, influencers, and external stakeholders to support brand exposure.
- Coordinate with the internal creative team regarding visual branding, photoshoot/video shoot schedules, and campaign execution.
- Monitor, evaluate, and quickly adapt to fast-paced fashion trends, viral audio/topics, and social media developments.
- Generate innovative ideas and initiatives to improve digital engagement and strengthen the community.
Qualifications
- Exceptional on-camera presence, professional grooming, and high confidence in modeling or presenting products.
- Strong capability in scriptwriting and conceptualizing narrative-driven content (storytelling).
- Deep understanding and passion for women's fashion retail trends, lifestyle, and Gen-Z/Millennial digital culture.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing Communication, Communication Studies, Theater/Arts, or a related field.
- (Fresh graduates with an active & creative social media portfolio are highly encouraged to apply).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Video Talent, Host Live Streaming, or Brand Ambassador is a major advantage.
- Basic skills in mobile video editing applications (CapCut, VN, TikTok Editor) and design apps (Canva).
- Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly proactive, energetic, creative, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
