Overview
Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee competencies and support organizational development. This role also ensures the effectiveness of learning initiatives and candidates with experience or knowledge in HR Legal and employment regulations will have an added advantage.
Job Description
- Develop and implement training programs based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Prepare and manage the annual training calendar, training administration, and documentation.
- Develop training modules, learning materials, SOPs, and other training resources.
- Facilitate and deliver both internal and external training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of company culture, employee competency development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with all departments to identify and address training and development needs.
- Support other HR functions and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
- Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Law, or a related field
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience
- as an
- HR Trainer, Learning & Development, or Training Specialist
- Strong understanding of
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training module development, and training evaluation
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Creative in developing training materials and proficient in
- Microsoft Office
- and
- Canva/PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to travel for business when required.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in
- HR Legal
- , including Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, HR documentation, and employment compliance.
- Experience in preparing
- Company Regulations, Fixed-Term Employment Contracts (PKWT), Warning Letters (SP), Decrees (SK),
- and other HR legal documents will be an advantage.
