- Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for social media campaigns and healthcare education.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content that aligns with Filmore Health's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and the marketing team to produce informative and engaging healthcare content.
- Cover photoshoots, events, doctor activities, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights to continuously improve engagement and reach.
- Assist the Social Media Marketing team in achieving content and campaign objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 1–2 years of experience
- as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Content Creator.
- Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and storytelling for social media platforms.
- Proficient in video editing tools such as
- CapCut, Final Cut Pro
- , or similar software.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong visual sense.
- Experience creating content for
- healthcare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or healthcare retail brands
- is an advantage.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
