About the role
Hubble Restaurant is looking for a hardworking and reliable Cook Helper to support the Kitchen Team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place
- Wash, clean, cut, and prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements
- Assist Cooks and Chefs during preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Store ingredients properly according to food safety standards
- Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
- Follow kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Support the Kitchen Team with daily operational tasks
- About you
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) preferred
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of food preparation
- Willing to learn and develop culinary skills
- Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible
- Good personal hygiene
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
