About the role
- Alchemy Uluwatu is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team.
- Key responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station
- Monitor food quality and ingredient freshness
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist the kitchen team with daily operations when needed
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time
- About you
- Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or in a similar kitchen position
- Good knowledge of pizza preparation, dough handling, and cooking techniques
- Able to communicate in English
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Passionate about food and maintaining consistent quality
- Willing to work in Uluwatu
