• Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook food according to the menu and hotel standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain proper food storage.
• Keep the kitchen, cooking equipment, and work area clean and hygienic.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Monitor stock of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef/Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook or similar kitchen position is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, disciplined, clean, and detail-oriented.
