Job Description
Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end closing.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, in compliance with PSAK/IFRS and company policies.
Oversee daily finance operations, including cash flow monitoring, payment processing, vendor management, accounts receivable collection, and treasury activities.
- Prepare and monitor short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity and effective working capital management.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process, including CAPEX planning and periodic forecast revisions.
Perform budget versus actual analysis, identify key financial variances, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and cost efficiency.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and profitability assessments to support strategic business and investment decisions.
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards, KPIs, and business performance analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations by preparing and submitting tax reports (PPN, PPh 21/23/4(2), Corporate Income Tax, etc.), including e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and e-Filing processes.
Coordinate internal and external audits, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage banking relationships, including bank account administration, loan facilities, covenant reporting, and other treasury-related activities.
- Develop and maintain finance-related SOPs, policies, and internal procedures to improve governance and operational efficiency.
- Support procurement, vendor contracts, payroll-related financial activities, and other finance administration as required.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and undertake other finance and corporate finance projects assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 5 years
of experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Finance & Accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, cash flow management, and management reporting.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting standards (PSAK); familiarity with IFRS is an advantage.
- Experience handling the full accounting cycle, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, financial analysis); experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to management.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
