Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-property operations to ensure consistent performance and service standards across all business units
- Drive business performance through revenue growth, cost efficiency, and operational excellence
- Ensure alignment and implementation of SOPs across all units
- Lead, coach, and develop unit leaders to achieve operational targets
- Identify areas for improvement and execute performance enhancement initiatives
- Take ownership of operational readiness for new estate openings (pre-opening phase)
- Drive strategic projects, including development of new activities, attractions, and business improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and report operational performance with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a
- General Manager, Head of Operations
- or in a similar senior leadership role overseeing multi-property or multi-outlet operations within the
- Hospitality, Retail, Recreation, Theme Park, or F&B industry
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strategic, agile, and adaptable in managing business challenges within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in pre-opening projects or business expansion will be a strong advantage.
