RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify training requirements
- Develop and implement training modules and SOP based learning programs
- Deliver mandatory, and operational training programs
- Monitor training administration, documentation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with departments to support employee competency development
- Prepare training reports and ensure continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, Tourism, or related fields
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Training Supervisor, preferably in
- hospitality, tourism, operational, or service industries
- Experienced in TNA, training module development, and SOP based training programs
- Strong understanding of training administration and evaluation
- Excellent public speaking, communication, and facilitation skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem solving abilities
