Corporate Legal Associate (Supervisory level - Individual Contributor)

We are seeking a talented Corporate Legal Associate to join our dynamic team at PT Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika. As a full-time in-house legal professional, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and commercially focused legal support to our growing organization based in Gambir, Central Jakarta.

• What you'll be doing
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and legal instruments
• Advising on regulatory, corporate and commercial matters related to the company's strategic initiatives
• Handle litigation issues.
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Law major.
• At least 1 year of experience at the Supervisory level in an individual contributor role within an in-house legal department.
• Possess an Advocate License/Advocate Identification Card (KTPA).
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to provide high-quality and commercially focused legal advice.
