Responsibilities
- Manage organizational data needs and ensure seamless data flow from multiple sources
- Build, maintain, and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely insights
- Oversee data governance, quality, and compliance with data protection and security regulations
- Lead and mentor the data team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with Data Analytics, Business, and Engineering teams to maximize the use of data across the company
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability
- Act as a main communicator between business and data team, ensuring visibility and accessibility of data at all levels
- Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related fiel
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing data tea
- 2–5 years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or business intelligenc
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, etc
- Experience with cloud data warehouse solutions (BigQuery preferred
- Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline orchestratio
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionall
- Excellent communication skills to connect business needs with data-driven solution
