Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in corporate training, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and adult learning principles.
• Strong skills in needs assessment and training evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation techniques.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Experience with Performance Management concepts is preferred.
