This role will work closely with our factory operations and Japanese management team, so Japanese language capability is the primary qualification.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Accounting, Finance, or a related field).
- Mandatory JLPT N2 or above (business-level Japanese communication).
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Cost Accounting within a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Candidates with strong Japanese proficiency but only basic accounting or finance knowledge are still welcome to be proposed, as language capability is our highest priority.
- Willing to work on-site at our Karawang Factory.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day cost accounting operations, including standard costing and variance analysis.
- Lead the budgeting process and coordinate closely with factory personnel and Japanese management.
- Prepare and analyze Gross Profit reports and product cost reports.
- Support inventory valuation, financial reconciliation, and physical stock-taking activities.
- Salary: Take Home Pay (THP): IDR 10–12 million

Additional Notes
This role supports factory operations under the Sales Promotion Cost Dept. The PIC will report to the SP Cost Manager.
